Information we handle
We handle information you provide through enquiries and accounts, including your name, email, contact details, parent and additional contact emails, coaching messages, goals, training plans and performance information. Connected services such as Vekta may provide training and activity data. Our hosting service processes technical connection and security logs. Payment services process payment information when you use billing features.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, deliver agreed coaching services, manage accounts, communicate with you and protect the website. Where applicable, the legal bases are taking steps at your request or performing a contract, legitimate interests in secure and reliable services, legal obligations, and consent where required. Sensitive health information requires an appropriate additional legal basis; do not send medical records through general enquiries.
People who receive information
Authorized coaches and administrators can access information needed for their work. Hosting, email, payment and connected training providers process information to provide their services. Messages about an athlete may be copied to the parent and additional email addresses saved on that athlete's profile. Only add contacts authorized to receive this information. Replies from those addresses may appear in the athlete's conversation.
International services
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where EU data protection law applies, international transfers require a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including ongoing coaching, account administration, resolving disputes and applicable record-keeping duties. Retention depends on the record and legal requirements. You can ask us to explain retention for your account or request deletion. We use access controls and protected connections; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing. Young athletes
A parent or guardian should be involved in setting up coaching for athletes under 18. Parent contact details support shared communication. We do not treat a saved parent email address as proof of consent for every use of a child's information.
