This website provides information about cycling coaching and race support, together with account-based planning and performance tools. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and respect other users. Contact david@sommerville.cc with questions.
Coaching and services
The website describes available services. The scope, prices, payment, cancellation and refund conditions of a paid service must be agreed as part of that service's booking or contract. Website information alone does not guarantee availability or establish an individualized coaching agreement. Applicable consumer rights remain in place.
Accounts and communications
Keep your account credentials private and your contact information accurate. Do not access another person's account or upload information you are not authorized to share. Access may be paused for security, misuse or a change in the coaching relationship. Contact us if you need help restoring access.
Training tools and participation
Calculated zones, estimates and training information are guides that need to be interpreted in context. Cycling carries risks. Exercise within your abilities, follow event rules and seek qualified medical advice where needed. Coaching and website content do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. No particular sporting result is guaranteed.
Content and contributions
Site text, branding, photographs and software may be protected by intellectual property rights. Request permission before republishing them. You retain rights to information you submit and authorize its use to provide the requested services. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep information and services accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free tools. Third-party services have their own terms. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and concerns
We may revise these terms as the site develops. Significant changes to contracted services will be handled under the relevant agreement. Contact david@sommerville.cc about concerns before they become disputes.
